The sitter sheet
Does my sitter need the app?
No. Tap Send sheet to send a PDF by AirDrop, Messages or Mail, or tap the printer button to print it. The PDF opens on any phone or computer.
What goes on the sheet?
A day at a glance (meals, daily medicines and timed walks in clock order), then each pet’s feeding, medicines, daily routine, habits and quirks, and health notes, then your house notes and who to call. Sections you leave empty aren’t printed.
How do I add the trip dates and my sitter’s name?
Tap the banner under your pets, or More (…) › Trip, contacts & house. The dates and the name go at the top of the sheet, and doses that aren’t every day and vet visits during the trip are listed by date.
Can I print on A4 paper?
Yes. Open More › Settings › Paper size. By default it uses US Letter or A4, whichever your region uses.
The emergency card
What’s on the emergency card?
Who to call (the nearest emergency vet first, then your vet and your contacts), and each pet’s microchip number, allergies, conditions and medicines, on one page.
It says some details didn’t fit.
The card always stays on one page, so very long notes are shortened to fit. Shorten the longest notes (the sitter sheet has room for them), or, with several pets, send one card for each pet.
Records and reminders
Why didn’t a reminder appear?
Check that notifications are allowed in your device’s Settings › Notifications › Pet Sitter Notes, and that the medicine or vaccine has its reminder turned on. iOS keeps up to 64 upcoming reminders for each app, so Pet Sitter Notes schedules the next few weeks and adds more each time you open it. Open the app now and then to keep them coming.
Does Pet Sitter Notes give health advice?
No. It keeps the notes you write for your sitter and your own records. Ask your vet about your pet’s care.
Does it sync to my other devices?
Not in this version: your records stay on the device. With Pro, tap Back up to a file in Settings, then Restore from a backup on the other device.

What does Pro add?
Every pet you have, one combined sheet and emergency card for all of them, the full care-history PDF for a new vet, and backup and restore. One pet with the full sitter sheet, the emergency card, records and reminders is free. Pro is a one-time purchase with Family Sharing, and there’s no subscription.

How do I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I have to pay again on another iPhone or iPad?
No. Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
