Listing Shots

Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

The short version: Listing Shots does not collect your data.

No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and nothing is sent to us.

This policy explains how Listing Shots (“the app”), a Mac app that turns a printable PDF into listing images, a watermarked preview PDF and a flip-through video, developed by Kevin Fitzgerald, handles information.

Information we collect

None. Listing Shots does not collect, store, sell or share personal information on any server, and it does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking tools of any kind.

Information stored on your Mac

To work, the app keeps the following on your Mac only:

It stays in Listing Shots’ own settings on your Mac and is never sent to us. Listing images, preview PDFs and videos are saved only in the folder you choose.

Your PDFs

Listing Shots reads a PDF only when you open it or choose a folder of PDFs for a batch, and only to draw your listing files. It doesn’t change your PDF or keep a copy of it.

Network

Listing Shots doesn’t connect to the internet. Purchases are handled by the Mac App Store.

Purchases

Listing Shots is sold through Apple’s Mac App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details.

Children’s privacy

Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the app ever begins collecting data, this policy will be updated before that happens.
