Deals and fares

Where do the fares come from?

From Aviasales (through the Travelpayouts partner program): the cheapest fares travelers found in recent searches, collected each night for the busiest U.S. airports. They’re a guide; the booking site shows the live price.

Why is my airport missing from Deals?

FunBound follows fares from the busiest U.S. airports. Pick a nearby one in Settings, or use the Disney World planner, which estimates typical fares for any airport.

Is FunBound free?

Yes. When you book a flight through FunBound’s links, the travel site pays FunBound a small commission. You pay the same price.

Safe & Fun

Where do the safety levels come from?

From the U.S. State Department’s travel advisories, downloaded daily: Level 1 (exercise normal precautions) to Level 4 (do not travel). Always read the full advisory before you book; they can change quickly.

The Disney World planner

How does it find the cheapest time to go?

It prices the whole trip (flights, a Disney resort, park tickets, Park Hopper, Lightning Lane and the ride from the airport) for every check-in date Disney has priced, within the limits you set, and shows the cheapest month and days.

Are the prices exact?

No. Disney doesn’t offer a price feed, so FunBound uses Disney’s published room rates, ticket prices and add-on prices as estimates. Disney’s website shows the final price for your dates.

What happened to FastPass?

Disney replaced it with Lightning Lane: Multi Pass (three rides booked ahead each day), Single Pass (for the most popular rides) and Premier Pass. The planner can include any of them.

Is FunBound part of Disney?

No. FunBound isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. Walt Disney World and related names are trademarks of Disney.
