Bubble Batch

Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

The short version: Bubble Batch does not collect your data, and your students’ scans and scores never leave your Mac.

No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and nothing is sent to us.

This policy explains how Bubble Batch (“the app”), a Mac app that prints bubble answer sheets and grades scanned tests, developed by Kevin Fitzgerald, handles information.

Information we collect

None. Bubble Batch does not collect, store, sell or share personal information on any server, and it does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking tools of any kind.

Information stored on your Mac

To work, the app keeps the following on your Mac only:

It stays in Bubble Batch’s own folder on your Mac and is never sent to us. Deleting a test deletes its results and its scan copies. Sheets, answer keys and reports you print, save or export go only where you choose.

Scans and files

Bubble Batch opens only the scanned PDFs, photos and roster files you choose or drop on it, and saves only where you choose. Every page is read on your Mac with Apple’s own frameworks; nothing is uploaded to be graded.

Import from iPhone

If you scan sheets with File › Import from iPhone, the scan goes from your iPhone to your Mac through Apple’s Continuity Camera and is graded like any other page.

Network

Bubble Batch doesn’t connect to the internet; its sandbox allows only printing and the files you choose. Purchases are handled by the Mac App Store.

Purchases

Bubble Batch is sold through Apple’s Mac App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details.

Children’s privacy

Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the app ever begins collecting data, this policy will be updated before that happens.
