Answers to common questions are below. If yours isn’t, email k.fitzgerald310@gmail.com with your device model and iOS or iPadOS version.
Calling
How do I call a number?
Tap Call Next (or press the space bar on a Mac or iPad keyboard). The number is drawn at random from those not yet called, shown big, spoken out loud and lit on the board. Tap Undo to take back the last call.
I can’t hear the calls.
Check that Say each call out loud is on in Settings and turn the volume up. On iPhone and iPad, calls play even with the ring switch on silent. For a big room, connect a speaker, or turn on Say it twice.
Can everyone see the board?
Yes: mirror your iPhone or iPad to a TV with AirPlay (Screen Mirroring in Control Center). On a Mac, make the window full screen.
How do the patterns work?
Tap the pattern under the ball to choose one: straight line, four corners, letter X, postage stamp, picture frame or blackout. It shows everyone what to play for, and Check a Card uses it.

What does the purchase add?
Two extras: Check a Card, which shows any card from the Large Print Bingo Cards book with the called numbers circled and says whether it has the pattern, and Auto Call, which calls every 5 to 30 seconds until you pause it, and word bingo. Calling numbers is free.
Which cards can I check?
The 100 cards in the Large Print Bingo Cards book and its printable edition, and the 30 cards in each of our word bingo printables, by the card number printed on each one. For other cards, read the winner’s calls back against the board.
How does word bingo work?
Tap the grid button at the top left and choose a set: Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, baby shower or bridal shower. The app calls the words of that set (the same words as our printable word bingo cards), shows them on a board, and checks those printed cards by number. Choose Numbers to go back to 75-ball bingo.

How do I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I have to pay again on another iPhone or iPad?
No. Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
